Fast Track Property Management was set up by two directors who had seen there was a lack of ethically and morally minded companies operating in this sector. Their aim is to provide a service to people looking to sell their home quickly where they are treated fairly and that promises and assurances made to them are kept.

There has been a lot of negative press recently about so call ‘rent back’ schemes. At the moment the industry is unregulated. We are in favour of regulation and are actively lobbying for this. We heavily invest in rent back properties (see testimonials) and would estimate that many of our tenants would want to remain in their homes for at least the next 15-20 years which we welcome. As responsible landlords we are also members of the National Landlords Association and abide by their Code of Practice.
